Suggest Treatment For Infection In Testicles Along With Swelling

Got an infection on my ball sack, I was taking a shower and felt like a pimple right underneath my sack. Decided to try to pop it . Did not think nothing of it. 3 days later my sack us as big as a apple. Does not hurt, but looks and feels very swollen like with fluid. Be going to the clinic tomorrow to have it checked. Just very concern.
