Suggest Treatment For Infection In The Ear Caused By Insect Bite

I got bit by some type of bug about a year ago in the Antihelix region of my left ear. Since then I have had a problem with trying to get the area to heal. Everytime the area scabs up, the scab falls off and it starts to bleed a little until a new scab forms and the cycle keeps repeating itself. How can I get my Ear to heal properly?
