Suggest Treatment For Infection In The Throat

I had a bad sore throat for a week, i was convinced tonsilitus but didnt see a doctor, now i have a very bad cough and im coughing up dark green mucus first thing in morning, and in afternoon dark yellow. I also have bumps on my throat and tongue any ideas?
