Suggest Treatment For Infection On Earlobes

Hi, there! my already stretched out earlobes, have been infected, and are causing my adjacent lymph node to react. my right ear lobe is swollen on the upper outside rim of my plug (giant round ear ring) and is exuding a bruised color of purple and blue. the lobe itself is starting to bend outward from my face, the swelling, and I believe the infection itself is spreading. This has been escalating for about a week and some change now. I'm a 22 y/o female who doesn't have insurance. I'm currently taking a left over prescription of antibiotics filled to my rebellious husband, who didn't finish. They're almost gone, and my lymph node is constantly providing me with discomfort. should I see a doctor, or let this infection pass?
other things I may need to mention:
within the last month, I wore a pair of nickle plugs, had an allergic reaction, my earlobes swell, I decided to leave my plugs out for a few days and treat the infection with neosporen. a week passed, and my lobes got better, but arose another problem. My earlobes had shrunk, and my currently sized plugs wouldn't fit my lobe. luckily I had a pair of a prior size, but had to lube and shove them through. I hope that's helpful enough to help you be helpful haha. thanks in advance for a helpful response to this damsel in distress.
