Suggest Treatment For Infection On Nose Caused After A Rhinoplasty

A week post-op Rhinoplasty I developed an infection in the bridge of my nose. My doctor was in surgery so another doctor on his staff gave me antibiotics to cure the infection. The bump is still on the bridge of my nose and feels like a bone. If the antibiotics are meant to fix the infection how do I get the clot out of my nose?
