Suggest Treatment For Infection With Hair Follicles

I believe I have an infection withy hair follicles. I was just on an antibotic, I've had this bumps years ago a s that's what I was treated for. However I am taking medicine for a yeast infection because that's what it appeared to be but now I fell a couple bumps. I've also been using vagisil- should I not be?
