Suggest Treatment For Infertility Having Nabothian Cysts?

hi i m 32 yr old female married for the last six years.three years back i had a cystectomy through laparoscopic surgeryon one of my ovary.now i have a broad ligament fibroid and a nabothian cyst.my ovulation studies showed normal developement.my cycles are fairly regular with 25-29 day length.still i m unable to conceive .my husband's semen analysis report showed normal result.i m feeling helpless.what is to be done?
