Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having PCOS

hi am 32 yrs married, wt-66kg, ht - 5.4; trying to concieve for last 1 year - no success; so my doc diagonsed pcos - insulin resistence is high; ve regular periods though! My doc did myriad transvaginal scans n put me on clomid for 5 days frm cd2 & duphaston + jusprin for 10days frm cd16. its been jus 2 days since I finished duphaston n I got my periods .... so what next? do i ve to go thru d same process till I get preg? or shld I change my treatment? am confused ...
