Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having Water In Uterus

iI am 27 year old leady suffering from inferlity in nepal.I have consulted dr Bhola Rizal the top gyn of nepal i am under treatment of dr bhola rizal he has operated as there was tumor in uterus two year back recently he told that there was water in uterus he has seringed the same still i am unable to conceive.

please guide me i am only daughter and daughter in law of my parents
