Suggest Treatment For Infertility

hi..... im 36yrs old woman badly try to conceive...... abt 4yrs.... did IUI twice....but unsuccessful..... and try to make normal oso..... recently last year find out i hv fibroid 4.88mm..... near to uterus infront but not blocking anyting..... now days im hvn very bad pain when period time.... b4 and after.... i took injection for reduce the pain..... now..... i realy wan to hv one last child in mylife.... plz help mi.....
