Suggest Treatment For Infertility

Dear Sir,

I am 33 years old and married 5 years back. My wife is 30 years old. Both of us enjoy sex normally. But, we are unlucky that she is not getting the pregnancy.
Both of us had the doctor checkup. Here are the results from my tests. Doctor say that my report is normal. But, I am suspecting the doctor is not revealing some thing. I am loosing my mental peace with that. Please check and help me in getting my doubt clarified.

Note: My wife's tests also seems to be fine.
