Suggest Treatment For Infertility

i am a 29year old 5"7 female 280lbs i have been trying to have a baby for about 2years ,i recently noticed that during sex i bleed.The gynecologist i visited in my local hospital said that i have a hormone problem and did an ultrasound nothing was found in the ultrasound,i am worried because i really want kids and cant seem to enjoy sex because of my bleeding problem i have never had a pap smear done.
