Suggest Treatment For Infertility

My medical history:

Age - 31, Current Weight - 63 Kgs, Height - 5'2".

I have PCOS symtoms (irregular mentruation) from the age of 20 earlier it was regular 28 day cycle. PMS started at the age of 13.

Age 28->Did HSG, one tube blocked another partially blocked, opened after canualation. Continued Metformin

Age 29-30->Gone through 1 IUI and 1 IVF (failed due to implatation failure) Later done hysterescopy follwed by FET (failed again- cause unknown) . Continued Metformin.

Age 31-> Reduced weight from 71 to 63 Kgs. Taking Homeopathic medicine for PCOS. Had a regular 35 days cycle since 3 months, but again at 4th month the cycle is irregular 2+ months.



What I should do as a next step? Please suggest.
