Suggest Treatment For Infertility

hi i have been married for last 2 years we have been trying for baby for last 14 months without vain.. i have period cycle of 35-45 days... i was put one siphene 100 mgand duphaston 10 mg twice from 20th day of my cycle for 4 cylce and period was ok with 33-35 days.. then doctor has told to take break for 3 months.. for last 2 months my period cycle is 32 days.. still i am not pregnant why? my hubby semen report is 75 million TSC, visocity-thin, motility -95%, quick-96%.
