Suggest Treatment For Infertility

Hi, I am 25 years, few months back i got treated for Urine infection and got cured that time but later after 2 month i suffered from iching and got treated. I was prescribed Clindamycin, Clotrimazole & Lactic Acide bacillus Vaginal suppositories. After using the above medication i am fine now but my periods got delayed and it took 37 days (normally around 30-32days). Meanwhile my pelvicc ultra sonography report done at 13th day says both ovaries shows few follicles of 5-6mm and no evidence of dominating follicles on both. Please suggest me on pregnancy.
