Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Endometrium With Bleeding

I seem to have infammed endometrium as keep having a lot of rusty spotting about 6 days before my period plus had recently a little polip removed and the doctor said whenever they touched it the lining was bleading, How it can be treated? Thank you in advance.
