Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Knuckles And Swollen Hand

I lacerated my first finger knuckle at my hand 5 weeks ago. I have been to urgent care three times. It looked fine first two weeks, then became inflamed and hand became swollen. Treated with two antibiotics and kept wrapped in compression. Looked good so I started to bend and work out stiffness. Then suddenly knuckle is growing straight up, knobby. Bone and tendon fine. Why is knuckle becoming knobby like fluid leaking & filling my skin very local to knuckle. What do I do next?
