Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Tongue And Lips After Meth Shots

Ya hi. I interveniously shot meth for the past week straight, and my tongue has these inflammed lesions some white some red (on the sides of my tongue) but also, my tongue is extremely painful,and my lips look like they are outlined in red. What is going on?
