Suggest Treatment For Inflammation And Burning On Tongue When Suffering From Lupus

I have Lupus and my tongue has been irritated before but this time.. my tongue is all inflammed and burns constantly.. it burns worse with cold and hot stuff.. i have red bumps at the back of my tonge that are raised.. what can i do to stop the burn and make it go away?
