Suggest Treatment For Inflammation In The Colon

I m unable to form bulk stools. I ve been like it for about 2 months +. I saw a gastro doctor, they did a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. They found some inflammation in the colon, they did a biopsy but found no explanation. I was treated for infections, but nothing has improved. I am a 43 year old female, 1.70 metres tall, 63 kilos in weight. I have no children. I am normally of general good health. I had acute Hepatitis B last year, but I was cleared in December 2014.
