Suggest Treatment For Inflammation Of Sinus

Start one year ago with a sinus infection. Which was treated with many antibiotics, steroids sprays with no helping it. I've had two FESS surgeries. I still have constant inflamation of the sinuses. Constant coughing spasms, with vomiting. Been tested for allergies, asthma, have none. help me
