Suggest Treatment For Inflammation,throbbing Pain And Burning Sensation In The Chest

I have extreme pain,inflammation feeling,throbbing and burning in my right middle side. It got really bad today after I had some fried chicken.It was so bad it stopped me in my tracks for some time. I've had a dull pain in the same area for many years but here lately its been almost unbearable continuing all the way around to my back muscle. It pretty much throbs and burns all the time but the bad pain usually shows up when I first wake up and after I eat. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
