Suggest Treatment For Infrequent BPPV And Projectile Vomiting

Hi I am experiencing very infrequently BPPV I believe and once in 2010 that was really crazy and scary with projectile vomiting and my son taking me to the ER which came up with nothing going on in the brain after a CT scan of the brain and blood tests that came back good. I have been eating raw or nothing cooked , organic and with the last few days have gone off after being on it for several months. Anyhow the BPPV occurred now last night while trying to sleep on my back . Hm I think poss its a combination of all the hormones in the meat i was eating in the last few days and such and my age with peri or menopause . What can be done and I think i seen that you or can get the BPPV corrected in as little as one visit to the Otologist . Let me know l
