Suggest Treatment For Inhalation Of Burnt Plastic Fumes

hello I was heating chocolate in a plastic bowl and when I opened the microwave lots of smoke had poured out on me. I inhaled lots of it by mistake and when I checked the bowl it was completely melted. Should I be worried? I already propped open the door just to be safe but I d like to know from a professional.
