Suggest Treatment For Inhalation Of Fumes From A Smoking CFL Bulb

I breathed in fumes from a smoking CFL bulb. The bulb did not break but the plastic smell filled my living room as it was burning. Obviously, I took care of the smoking and put it out before it reached a dangerous level. I smelled the burning smell afterwards as I was in it for an hour or so and then I realized it could be toxic and opened a window. Question is: is the plastic toxic when burning around the bulb?
