Suggest Treatment For Inner Ear Infection And Vertigo

Hi I started out with an exterior ear infection, got the antibioic drops for it but then got a bad virus and ended up with an inner ear infection from it but I'm at the end of taking my script and I have this crust kind of build not on the ear drum but on the bottom of the ridge tht leads to it and have had a headache thats lasted for two days now and am expeiriencing vertigo, what could this be?
