Suggest Treatment For Insomnia, Appetite Loss, Elevated Depression And Premature Ejaculation

Yes i have been on Quesel 150mg for almost 4 months which was prescribed to me for depression. Since the last 5 weeks I am having the following symptoms. Insomnia. Lack of contraction and focus. Jitteryness. Subtle jerky movements. Slurring of speech. Tiredness. Loss of appetite. Increase in depression. Brain Fog and Brain Freeze. Frontal headaches. Premature ejaculation. Deterioration of fine movements including writing and typing. What should i do?
