Suggest Treatment For Insular Thyroid Cancer

I have insular thyroid cancer. They told it was rare and people with my dx don t due well. I also have multiple lung nodules (also thyroid ca) mets. I now have a new node in my neck. My margins were not clear on path during thyroidectomy. I had beam radiation. Is this a likely recurrence and will surgery be indicted?
