Suggest Treatment For Intense Pain In The Lower Abdomen Area

I am having intense pain in the lower abdomen following Bowel surgery, which was followed by surgery for a Hernia. The bowel showed no sign of tumor. Why the pain? I have still occasional diarrhea or spotting but nothing like it was, when I couldn't leave my house. Can you help me?
