Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Fever

I am suffering from intermittent fever for the last 4 days ranging from 100F to 102 F ,when paracitamole taken it comes to normal. I am feeling weakness and cough can not stand for long .please suggest treatment.My age is 57 yrs and female of good built not fatty.
