Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Headache

67 year old male approx 5'11" and about 13 stone previously fit and well. Diagnosed with fronto temporal dementia. 5 ady history of productive cough treated with erythromycin by GP. Intermittent headaches over 3 days increasing in intensity . Descibed as "electric shocks" blitaerally over temporal regions but alsl parietal and frontal region tenedernss. sitting screwing eyes up in obvious distress. No fever, BP normal.
