Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Kidney Pain

I was treated for an ecoli infection of the kidney in 2007 and recently. Recently my meds were switched a few times and I ended up in the ER. Blood, urine, US, CT scan were normal. Still waiting for urine results though. But pain still persists. Intermittent pain in kidneys and ovaries. What s next?
