Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Warm Sensation In Ears

Hi I m a 54 year old female, 136 pounds, and work out regularly. My ears will intermittently feel as if a warm caterpillar is crawling around. They don t really hurt, though last night they kind of did. I m not having any other symptoms other than this weird feeling of fuzzy warmth. What do you think?
