Suggest Treatment For Internal And External Hemorrhoids

I have raw skin, a bit of pus, on my external hemorrhoids. I also have internal hemorrhoids which prolapse. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, as well as severe spinal stenosis and sponylolethesis. So I sit a lot. I use a mobility scooter, wheelchairs in airports, etc. Can only walk around the house and to the end of the driveway and back. For almost 2 years this hemorrhoid thing has been going on, getting worse and worse. I recently had a thromboses hemorrhoid, but with baths and ice it has gone down . But I m in terrible pain. The proctologist and the gastroenterologist I have been going to haver referred me to an older, wiser colorectal surgeon, who wants to band the internal ones, saying he thinks it will help with the external pain. I don t understand the raw skin and a bit of pus I find at times ((I cannot see any of this, so I actually take pictures with my phone to see what is going on). When I see raw skin and/or postules it hurts the worst. Do you think banding the internal ones will help with the external pain and raw skin I m experiencing?
