Suggest Treatment For Internal Piles While On Medication For Hypertension

I am having internal piles non bleeding. I am 72 yrs old male. Lives in chennai. Non diabetic. Hypertension kept under control by taking Stamlo Beta. 1.Bought triphala churna and I am gioing to try from tomorrow 22/03/2015. Dosage being 1 tea spoon in empty stomach in the morning and before bed time. 2. Will buy Bio-Plasgen No.17 and will take 4 tablets @ 3 3 3 3 hrs apart. Your advice please
