Suggest Treatment For Internal Pressure And Pain Below The Knee

I had pain in my right leg below the knee for 3 or 4 months. Doctors said it was musculoskeletal pain and it would go away. I also had pain and what seemed internal pressure without swelling in the knee, so I took an xray of my knee and it came normal. This kinda of went away but a few days ago I noticed that I have a dent/depression/irregularity in the inner part of my shin below the knee. On the top 1/4 of my shin I notice that I have a vertical dent of about 3 cm height and 1cm width, I can feel the depression in the bone if I run my finger across it. Well this is a vertical dent, not an horizontal. Obviously after searching a lot on google, I m now afraid that I may have some kind of bone cancer. Should I really be worried?
