Suggest Treatment For Irregular And Heavy Clotted Menstruation?

I am 33female .weight 90 kgs .one child of 5 yrs.maried since 6 yrs.since 2 yrs i have irregular cycles like i miss 2 mon. Dr gives tabs to infuse them .then i dont get periods for 2 mons when i getit on own it wont stop i took hrt .for 3 mons yasmin n regestron for 20 dys. This happend last yr...again last 2 mon i missed my period but got it on 22 jan 2015 .somtimes i bleed it heavily with clots b Somtimes only bleeding .ultasound sound shows ovarires normal.no fluid but nonspecific endometrium thickened upto 10.5 mm.....dr adviced mefapain for 2 weeks but the tab is not working for me......iam worried plzzz help.
