Suggest Treatment For Irregular And Painful Periods While Having Bulky Uterus

I have been having problems with irregular, heavy painful period. When I went for my smear test the nurse said that the lining of my womb is bruised, which could be caused by endometreosis. Smear was normal, then the GP referred me to a gynaelogist, who did another smear which was normal and they also did a hysteroscopy and d&c. My GP also referred me for a colonoscopy and the specialist then sent me for a ct scan which has come back that I have a bulky uterus. I am still having irregular and painful periods. Could you please advise.
