Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hi.I m suffering from PCOS.I had taken all hormone tests and everything is normal.sugar level is normal so is thyroid.I had this issue few years ago and a doctor suggested me to take Tarana pills for 3 months.After taking it for that stipulated time my periods were regular for the next few years.Now again my periods is irregular.Can you please suggest?
