Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hi, I am starting to get irregular periods, my last cycle was about 1month and 3weeks late, and now this cycle is 3 weeks late but my main concern is that for the past 3 days I have had a watery discharge leaking from my vigina, I no that its normal to have dischage but I can actually feel this leaking out of me.... please some one HELP ME?
