Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hai Dr. my name is Lakshmi my age is 23 My problem is every month my periods is irregular & that time bleeding also very less only one day bleeding because of this problem I losing my hair also. My height is 4.8 weight is 54kg , Please help me Dr how can I get regular periods.
