Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

hello, in the past 2 years my cycle has been 3 months before it comes on...this last time it took about 5 months...and its currently been on for 2 days now...i am having to change every 30 mins and this is concerning me and my husband cause its never been like this
