Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

My wife is suffering from problem of irregular menustreal cycle. Her actual date for period was 2nd of august, 2010 but till date that period not arrived. For this we have taken test for suspected pregnancy if any by using Ciplas pregnancy test kit. It given negative result.
