Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hi, I am 20 years old and female. I have irregular periods. Sometimes 3 weeks between each one, sometimes 6 weeks. I have a few hairs on my chin and my stomach has a dark line of hair down the middle. I'm trying to conceive but haven't been successful so far. I have been trying got 2 years. Could I have policystic ovary syndrome?
