Hi, I'm 38 yrs old & have always had early, black & extremely light periods.
This has become even more prominent since coming off the pill around 7-8 yrs ago. I was on the pill continuously without a break for a very long time around 11-12 yrs, & figured this could be the reason why my period was coming so early around every 3 wks or so, & maybe it had throwen my body out of wack. I sometimes have 2 periods in the 1 month, (1 on the first week of the month, & another on the last week in the month).
