Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

my mother is suffering from irregular menstrual cycle in this m0nths 3 times it occured her age is 50 yrs, HAemogram appeared all within normal limits .FSH level 14.08mlU/ml ,LH level 7.5(same unit), and prolactin level 30.30(same unit), earlier before two yeear she was suffered with same problem,at that time due to lack of blood in her body two point blood is given to her and treatment involved with overal-l is given for 2 months.
In USg report :-retroverted bulky uterus is observed..
