Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation Due To PCOD

Hi, I am 24 yr and diagnosed with PCOD when i was 18yrs old since then i am taling medicines but no effect my period are still irregular and i dont get my periods without taking pills and my doctor gave me enractin and hyponid and now i am putting on weight. I excercise regularly for 1 hour but no effect rather i am gaining weight right now i am 73 kgs. what should i do to solve my problem
