Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hi ya, never been on here before but could do with some help. im 28yrs old and have had 2 children. My problem is that for the last few months, my periods have been unusual. What i mean is, i have one in dec that was v v heavy (i thought i was having a miscarriage but had a -ve test) and since then, ive been bleeding every 2 weeks. I have also had heartburn alot more in the last week (which i've only suffered with when im pregnant). My husband had a vasectomy in august & we have not had the results back to see if it has worked. I also get a horrible pain during intercourse if he touches my cervix. i'd be grateful for any advice you could give me x
