Suggest Treatment For Irregular Period

hi i am 33yrs old, and live in the caribbean. i am having problems with my period, in April i got constant spotting, and havent had a period since. also i have constant fever, sometimes at 2am i have to soak my head for close to an hour, and then go back to sleep. i also had dengue fever over three times in two years. i feel weak on a daily basis,

Note: i weigh approx. 315 pounds last time i checked. please help
