Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods On Being Diagnosed With Bulky Uterus

I am a woman of 52 years old . One child. Age 12 . I have a bulky uterus of over 11cm with two fibroids ,tilted cervix and have suffered my whole life with painful heavy periods with clots. My doctor suggested Mariena coil but am fearful as tried progesterone before and became bloated with severe acne and no relief from my severe pmt . I am still having periods every three weeks,so to me it feels like I have constant pms and pain .
